THE GREATEST MIRACLE OF ALL

Picture

The circle, the pentacle's border signifies a beginning without end,      success that comes and goes.  The five pointed star in the center with a single point upright represents the six senses, through which we gain knowledge about earth and ourselves.  Humans think, feel and do, creatively, routinely, intensify and casually.  The human body is a marvel in beauty and complexity and full of intricacies.

You are the most miraculous miracle in your life.  Each and every day, your whole being coordinates as an entire expression of self. An entity that transforms grows and gives way to something different. The continual restructuring of external and internal forces that constantly renews itself until it reaches a peak, withers and dies.  All physical objects face inevitable deterioration.

The body functions in ways that we may never fully understand. We in our whole selves, are a total embodiment of an earthly miracle.

Treat your body like a machine that needs good fuel and maintenance.  Moderation is they key to balance the heart, spirit, mind and body.

Blessed Be My Feet,
Which Takes Me On My Path,
Blessed Be My Knees,
Which Support Me Before You,
Blessed Be My Womb,
Without I Would Not Be,
Blessed Be My Lips
Which Speak Their Sacred Name,
Blessed be My Brain
To hold The Knowledge.
