Accumulate your merits thanks to self-sacrifice
Instead of wallowing in self-pity because you lack good luck, you can act in a positive fashion. There are multiple ways to do that, and one that lies within everybody’s reach: self-sacrifice. You must give yourself away to others as much as you can.
Even if you are the poorest human being on Earth, there is something you can give away. Self-sacrifice does not involve money.
Quite the contrary!
If you can afford it, you can of course give even small amounts, but that is not what self-sacrifice is really about. Within the scope of this positive thought, giving money is the less important thing you could do to accumulate your merits so you can become luckier.
It can even be said that you can give away anything you want except money because it is often a means for people to relieve their conscience “at a small cost”, which enables them to be exonerated from self-sacrifice.
Whoever you may be, even if your current problems are considerable, there must always be something you can give away!
It can be time, clothes you do not wear anymore (provided that they are in good state and can still be worn). You can give things, objects, furniture, books, belongings you do not use anymore, but not because they can’t be used anymore!
You can also make free deeds such as:
- helping friends or neighbors,
- going shopping for them,
- babysitting, monitoring their houses…
You must accomplish these actions without expecting anything in return and without having a hidden agenda. Only the practice of self-sacrifice can enable you to accumulate your merits!
The more you will expect in return, the less you will get. The less you will expect, the more you will receive… This is a Cosmic Law. Luck will then flow through your existence in accordance with your unselfishness.
