Now, if we look at the definition of physical beauty in most countries, few people fit the norms, which are established in a subjective way.
Love inner beauty more than outer beauty.
The fact is, the notion of beauty is one of the most variable among civilizations on the planet, even in the same cultural and/or geographic area.
The notion of beauty can also vary in time, over the course of the centuries. As such, in occidental countries at the beginning of the 20th century, in the 1920s and 1930s, women with milky-white skin who were a little plump were admired, while at the end of the same century, and ever since, women have been considered beautiful when they’re slim and tanned.
Attach more importance to inner beauty rather than outer beauty, because inner beauty obeys criteria that have been immutable through time and space ever since the appearance of Man, in all civilizations around the planet.
It’s more important to have a beautiful soul. Having a beautiful soul means practicing positive values of honesty, uprightness, kindness, calm, generosity, solidarity, as well as all the other principles that matter to you.
Thus, if you cultivate these constructive and enlightening principles, you will quickly become a beautiful soul and attain real beauty, which is, above all, interior.
All the more so since your inner beauty will always have an effect on your exterior beauty!
