Since the beginning of our lives, we have been shown many paragons. In some cases, we have followed their path so as to become integrated or have people accept us. There’s nothing wrong about that since common rules are required to live in society, otherwise it would become difficult to live together.
Quite often, we live our private lives according to the same criteria. This may turn out to be problematic when we become unable to forge ahead or when we don’t know how to find happiness. Consciously or unconsciously, we doubt our ability to change. We then have to restore our self-confidence, which leads to self-esteem.
The purpose of most of the rituals I can reveal to you is to transform your current frame of mind to guide you to a life that will be more satisfying.
But, even if the desire for a better life is a sincere one, we may sometimes find it hard to believe that we actually can change our lives and find happiness. Fundamentally, it is most often due to our lack of self-confidence. Be reassured, it’s a common and frequent obstacle. What’s even better is that there is a solution to it.
Recover your self-confidence to change and make your life a success
Lack of self-confidence is one of the main reasons for failure in life. That is why you absolutely need to become self-confident. Here is what you’re going to do.
The first thing to do is to think you can succeed!
Succeed in what? This is what you will have to define because no one knows it better than you do. I can, of course, perceive what you are capable of doing, but it’s up to you to discover it to be able to initiate a real transformation.
Deep down, you know what you want, even if you only have an overall impression of it. You now need to make this portrait more precise. To help you find the right direction, I’ll give you two avenues of reflection on which you can work:
2. What are my goals?
- have true friendships,
- living a comfortable life,
- having a family life,
- finding the love of my life,
- finding another job,
- earning more money...
By answering these questions, you will have a clearer picture of your goals and of what you want your life to become. This will be very helpful to recover your self-confidence. So now, the ball’s in your court!
