It is hard to let go in order to move on. Sometimes you are forced to let go before you are ready - maybe that's what you are trying to balance. Let it go, so you can get to what is in front of you! A desire to feel complete.
Find somewhere quiet. Close your eyes for three minutes and breath in through the nose, out through the mouth seven times. Nice deep breaths - good stuff in - bad stuff out and that balance you seek will come to you. You will find it.
Sit eyes closed and picture what you want to happen in the situation. Be still and think about what you want and if you can see it in your mind for more than a minute you can manifest it.
